The race tracks themselves are fun and full of life. It’s not great, you have to grind and collect in-game currency in order to unlock the other characters in the Garage.

If you are a true gamer, you'd give this a lower score, and if you are a big fan of the Mario Kart series, you might score this higher. One of the few Mario Kart games on this site, and it is epic. With good graphics and sound, this stands out beyond other fangames.
